Restaurant

This upscale restaurant in a towering hotel commands breathtaking views of Gulangyu. Head to the romantic bar for a pre-dinner drink and watch the lights dim as the sun sets. Those craving the classics can order steak or seafood tower à la carte. If you're feeling adventurous, go for the tasting menu, which features innovative seasonal dishes – creations made with local catch such as yellowtail scad and fourfinger threadfin are especially impressive.
