Not even the breathtaking vistas of Pearl River or the galaxy-inspired interior outshine the edible artwork served here. Seafood is their strong suit – try the grilled carabinero in capsicum shellfish cream sauce. To take in the chef's vision, try the eight-course "Experience" menu with optional add-ons such as seafood platter or Tajima M7 tomahawk steak (great for sharing). The à la carte menu is short but sweet; check out the seasonal dishes, too.
