Restaurant
Summer Palace
This smart and sumptuously decorated Cantonese restaurant is divided into three distinct areas, each serving a different speciality. You'll find dim sum in the Pantry, claypot dishes in the Lantern and sophisticated Cantonese classics in the Imperial. Every facet of Cantonese cuisine is covered, alongside seasonal offerings such as hairy crabmeat and roe for a Shanghai twist. The private rooms are impressive, as is the wine list.
Michelin Selected (or "listed") restaurants receive recognition for solid performance but fall short of stars or Bib Gourmand, often noted for competence during travel.
